Hard Reset ZTT T400

1. First method:
2.     Check your cell phone that if is off.
3.     Then turn on the devie
4.     Reset ZTT T400
5.     Select emergency dial, and type this: *983*22387#
6.     Select option: Erase Everything.
7.     That's all.
8. Second method:
9.     Please power on the phone.
10.     Reset ZTT T400
11.     From the home screen select Menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone -> Erase everything.
12.     Next your phone will restore and reboot.
13.     Good job!
